Responsibilities:

The title of Skipper of Recreational Craft (P. E. R.) enabled for the government of recreational boats up to 15 meters in length and for coastal navigation at a maximum distance from the coast of 12 miles. This nautical qualification allows the navegación diurna y nocturna. In addition, being in possession of the title of Skipper of Recreational Craft you will be able to govern any type of jet boating.

Requirements to obtain the P. E. A.:
To get the PER in Malaga it is not necessary to have any previous qualifications. You must be over 18 years of age and pass a medical examination. In addition, one must meet the following requirements:

Pass the exam corresponding theoretical.
Perform 16-hour basic safety practices and navigation.
Perform a course in practical radio operator of short-range of 12 hours.

Optional:

Enabling to Sailing. Practices for 16 hours, and enabled to browse with Sailing boats, is performed only once and is valid for subsequent courses (PY, CY)
Large 24 metres and cruise. If you want to enable this title to the government of vessels up to 24 metres and to be able to sail between the peninsula and the Balearic islands, you'll have to do, in addition to the basic practices of a mandatory 24-hour boating practices.

Those students who are present at the examination for the award of the PER and fail to pass the test, but have approved the subjects in common with the GNP, will be recognized approved the GNP.
